He was the devoted husband of Icelsa Sanchez for 36 years, and a proud father to David Jr., Nicholas, and Arianna. He was eagerly looking forward to becoming a grandfather—a baby boy soon to be welcomed by his son and daughter-in-law, Dulce—a role he was sure to cherish. David is also survived by his loving siblings, Ana, Francisco, Angelo, and Jun. He held a special place in his heart for his mother-in-law, Mireya, whom he loved as his own.
David worked as a service advisor and manager at local dealerships, where his passion for cars was evident to all who knew him. While he loved his work, nothing ever came before his family. He was known for his strong will and stubborn ways, but even more for his generosity, humor, and unwavering dedication to those he loved.
A natural host, David welcomed everyone into his home with open arms. If you visited, you could count on being seated at the table and sharing a meal—his way of making you feel like family. He had a gift for making people laugh, and once you were his friend, you knew you had someone who would always be there for you.
