Dennis proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era. He will be remembered as a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather whose big heart and greatest joy came from spending time with his family.
He is survived by his children, Dawn (Tony) Spence, Gregory Moody, and Amanda Moody; his grandchildren, Victoria Jones, Zackery (Jessie) Jones, Ashton Moody, and Maylen (Alex) Moody; and his great-grandchildren, Kyla, Kensly, Kason, Karson, Zane, Shalyn, Elijah, Elliana, Chloe, Michael, Atlas, Madalyn, Lilla, and Mason. He is also survived by his brother, Charles (Sharon) Coston, and his nephew, Donnie.
Dennis was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Jackie Moody, and his sister, Lady White.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 17, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 p.m. at Hodges Funeral Home at Lee Memorial Park. Interment will follow at Lee Memorial Park Cemetery.
