Born July 6, 1936, in Lewiston, Maine, and graduated from Lewiston High School. Class of 1954. She was the daughter of the late Wallace & Jeannette(Belhumeur) Raymond.
Doris was an Army wife for 25 years, stationed in many places in the United States, including Alaska, and 3 tours in Germany.
After moving to Florida in 1988, she worked for Kelly Assisted Living In-Home Health and also Senior Friendship Centers. She volunteered for Hope Hospice and Lee Memorial Hospital after retirement.
Survivors include her Brother Pete (Mary) of North Carolina, and son, Brett (Jodi) of Cape Coral, Florida. She was preceded in death by her son Eric in 2018 and her brother, Paul, in 1994.
