

Arden Court, Largo, Fl. Born Eleanor Olsen, Sept. 21,1926 in Brooklyn, NY. The daughter of Olaf A. Olsen and Emma Breth Olsen she grew up In Bay Ridge. Under the name Lenni Bauer, she was a Hat Model and sang in Clubs and Cabarets in New York City. She was active in the USO performing for troops of WW II at Ft. Hamilton Brooklyn, NY. Her home was always filled with music and song. She was a long time resident of East Brunswick, NJ. Before moving to Florida. She resided in Ft, Myers for the past thirteen years.
An avid gardener she spent many hours in her gardens. She was preceded in death by her husbands Charles W. Glassheim and Mike Rubenstein as well as her loving brother Oliver A, Olsen. She is survived by her three children Edward C. Glassheim of Hamilton, NJ, Phyllis A. Glassheim Emens, son-in-law Edward C. Emens Zephyrhills, Fl. and Robert A. Glassheim and his wife Linda of Tokyo Japan. Grandchildren Jessica Glassheim of Trenton NJ, Michelle Emens of Naples, Fl., Nicole Emens and Victoria Emens Uber Griffin both living in Zephyrhills, Fl.. Great Grandchildren Aubrey Rose and Jayce . Service Arrangements by Hodges-Kiser Funeral Home 9231 Cypress Lake Dr. Ft. Myers with visitation from 3:00 pm until the funeral service at 4:00pm.The family will receive guests following the service at her home.
Interment will be at a later date. In lieu of Flowers, Donations to the Florida Alzheimer’s Foundation in her name would be appreciated.
