James Thomas Chester, age 73 of Lehigh Acres, FL passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2016. He was born to Frankford and Sarah Chester on April 18, 1943 in Louisville, Kentucky. He was a dedicated family man and had a great work ethic. James was proud to be a veteran of the U. S. Army. He enjoyed bowling, fishing, golfing, and playing with his grandson. He loved listening to Christian music.
James was preceded in death by both parents, 2 brothers, Ronnie & Eugene Chestser, and his wife of 46 years Launa Chester. He is survived by 3 sons Chuck, Mike, and Sean Chester; a daughter, Crystal (Chris) Peterson; 3 sisters, Francis Stamper, Stella DeWeese, and Leola Graham; 17 grandchildren; 4 + great grandchildren; multiple nieces and nephews.
