Jean R Beale

Jean is predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Joseph H. Beale Jr.; her son, Joseph H. Beale III; her sister, Ruth R. Wojtowitz; and her brother, Ted Rogers.

Jean is survived by her daughter, Beth Criswell; her grandchildren, James Peed, Catharine Ackley, Joseph Peed, Gretchen Elliott, Nina McCartney, and Desiree Stewart; her niece Karen Capeling, and several great- grandchildren.

Jean received her degree in Nursing from E.J. Myers Memorial Hospital School in 1946 and worked as a Registered Nurse at the Nestle Factory in Fulton, NY for several years. She was a member of the Eastern Stars and was Matron of Hiram Lodge #144 in Fulton, NY. She was active in Araba Shrine in Fort Myers, FL with her husband, and belonged to Daughters of the Nile. She was an active member of Christ United Methodist Church. She volunteered for Hope Hospice for almost 30 years.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Christ United Methodist Church on Friday, April 21st at 2PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Christ United Methodist Church at 1430 N Homestead Rd, Lehigh Acres, FL 33936.
