Martha N. Carter, 86, went to meet her family members in Heaven Monday, August 22, 2022. Born January 25, 1936 to James B. McDaniel and Cornelia (Nita) Blount McDaniel, Martha graduated from Fort Myers High School in 1954 and married Tally Gene Carter of Alva on August 1, 1954. Martha and Tally have five children Cynthia J. Carter (James) Allen, Keith A. Carter, Karen M. Carter (Richard) Roberts, Kevin G. Carter (deceased) and David W. Carter. She leaves 15 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be at 10:00 am on Saturday, September 10, 2022 with a Celebration of Life service at 11:00 am. Services will be held at the South Campus of Faith Assembly of God Church, 7010 Bayshore Road, North Fort Myers 33917. Private burial at the Alva Cemetery.
