

Patty was 61 years young. Patty lived a simple life with her husband – a rich life full of family and love. Her children meant the world to her. She meant the world to her children. Her last day on Earth was spent with her grandchildren blowing bubbles, playing sidewalk chalk and enjoying pizza. Becoming a grandmother was proud moment for Patty as it was all she ever wanted. Patty spent the last 5 years of her life as “Grandma”, who spoiled her grandbabies any chance she could get.
Patty had a laugh that would make you laugh. Her heart was pure, giving, and loving. Patty was very strong-willed and was an anchor for everyone in her life. She was truly loved and cherished by her family for time here.
Patty was a proud organ donor, and would pleased to know that she helped someone have a second chance at their life as her one last selfless act.
Patricia is survived by her husband of 40 years, Martin M Smith, their children, Matthew Smith (Kaitlyn Smith), Kristen Spina (David Spina) and Shannon Smith. Four grandchildren who she loved and adored, Brynley, Sienna, Sadie, and Brayden.
Patricia is also survived by her siblings, Sandra Keffer (Brian Keffer), Bobby Wynn, Gregory Wynn (Patty Wynn), Mert Wynn (Barbara Wynn), Linda Occhipinti, Susan Bruno (Vincent Bruno) and many nieces and nephews.
