She moved to Miami Florida in high school where she met the love of her life Larry McKinney. They built a beautiful life together in Miami, Florida and subsequently moved to Fort Myers, FL in 1969, where they raised their two children, Lance and Lisa.
Sylvia’s greatest loves in life were her family, friends, painting and church.
Sylvia is survived by her son Lance McKinney (Paula) daughter in law. Her daughter Lisa Wall (Dan) son in law. Granddaughter, Hannah Dierkshide (Alec), Gracie Wall, Riley McKinney, Liam McKinney (Alex) Great Grandson Jensen Dierkshide.
Sylvia embodied grace and wisdom, and loved God. She always showed unconditional love and was so proud of her children and grandchildren.
Sylvia was kind to many, loved by her family and will be deeply missed.
