Tyler James Hollister, 30, passed away on December 3, 2017 at his home in Fort Myers, Florida. Tyler was born on September 8, 1987 in Phoenix, AZ and lived in Algonquin, IL for 24 years before moving to Florida.
He is survived by his Fiancée, Erin Reed, his parents Steve and Denise Hollister and Ellyn Geweke, his three brothers, Matt and Jim Shergold and Eric Stevens, his grandparents James and Judy Hollister and many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
Tyler felt most at home when he was surrounded by nature. He also had every gadget you could possibly imagine, to go “off grid” in style. His ability to seek out adventure was captivating and he had a way of making people see the most beautiful things this world has to offer. His vibe most certainly attracted his tribe.
Tyler's life was taken too soon. He was a man who loved life, family, friends, good food and drinks and of course the outdoors. Tyler touched the life of every single person who met him and he was loved by so many.
In Lieu of flowers, please make contributions to Gulf Coast Humane Society where Tyler and Erin rescued their dogs Kira and Griz.
