ArrangemeVilma Sobolewski passed away at Hope Hospice House on December 1, 2011 with her devoted husband Adam at her side . Visitation will be held from 3 to 5 pm Sunday December 4, 2011 at the Hodges Kiser Funeral Home with Funeral Services at 1 pm Monday December 5, 2011 at the Hodges Kiser Funeral Home.
She was born in Bietigheim, Germany to loving parents, Carl and Helmy Muller. She and her three sisters grew up in a very positive Christian atmosphere. In 1947, after WW II, she came to reside in America and lived in the Trumbull/Stratford area of Connecticut. She moved to Fort Myers Fl with her husband in Nov 1986. She loved life, the outdoors, snow skiing, swimming, and sailing. She always encouraged and lifted up others with her kind and loving demeanor.
Survivors include her husband Adam, son Thomas Dautel, sister Ursula Perry, niece Barbara Perry, many nieces and nephews in Germany, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son Nicholas Damiani.
