Bill is survived by his wife of 63 years Monna Jo and their children William R Sr (Joann), Donald B Sr (Ae), Ronald (Brenda) and Jennifer. Bill is also survived by his grandchildren William R JR, Jang Mi Vance Rice (Mark), Donald B Jr (Franzi). Bill also had 3 great grandchildren William R III, Korianna and Savanna. Bill has one surviving sibling, his sister Grace Edgell. Bill is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
