Anna was born and raised in Rensselaer, Indiana and moved to Vero Beach in 1985. After marrying the love of her life, Jack Mingear in 1963, Anna worked for the Federal Government under the Department of Agriculture from 1967-1985. She and her husband owned and operated Mash Hoagies in Vero Beach from 1985-1996. Anna worked in Accounts Payable for Fast Food Enterprises from 1994- 2013, upon her retiring. She was very active in Vero Christian Church. Anna enjoyed riding on the back her husband’s Harley. She relished her family and was known to enjoy political discussions with them.
Anna is survived by her husband, Jack “J.L.”; daughter, Cynthia Traver, of New Hampshire; son,Darren Mingear (Jill), of Vero Beach; and grandchildren, Jacob and Samuel Mingear and Harris and Willa Traver.
A gathering of friends and family will take place on Sunday, November 15, 2015 from 12:00- 2:30 pm with a Funeral Service at 2:30 pm at Aycock Funeral Home, 6026 N US Hwy 1, Fort Pierce, Florida 34946. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Fort Pierce.
