Antonietta “Angie” Terrizzi passed away peacefully on November 21, 2025, at the age of 83. Born in New Brunswick, New Jersey, Angie lived a life defined by kindness, resilience, and love.
Angie had a gift for making everyone feel welcome—whether through her warm smile, comforting words, or the simple joy of sharing a home-cooked meal. Her laughter could fill a room, and her generosity left lasting impressions on everyone who knew her.
She built a successful career in the mortgage industry at Astoria Federal Savings Bank, where her dedication, integrity and work ethic earned the respect and friendship of many. Yet Angie’s true passions and greatest joy were family, her beloved pugs, and travels to Italy, where she found joy and reconnection with her relatives.
She is survived by her beloved longtime companion Louis Inzalaco, sisters Valeria and Lucy Terrizzi.
Friends and family will forever remember Angie for her laughter, unwavering support, and the countless small acts of love that made the world brighter. Her spirit and kindness that she inspired in others will continue to live on.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 6, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and burial will be held from 2:00 to 2:15.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) in Angie’s memory.
“Those we love don’t go away; they walk beside us every day.”
