Mary Hays Zeedyk 87, passed away on Sunday, November 4, 2012 at Treasure Coast Hospice, Fort Pierce, Florida. Mary was born in Mounds, IL. She has been a resident of Fort Pierce for 25 years, formerly of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Centralia, IL and Kankakee, IL. Prior to retirement Mary was a purchasing agent for Parkson Corporation, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Mary was an excellent golfer and she enjoyed playing bridge. She was also a sports fan, especially of baseball. She is survived by her son Philip G. Hays, MD of Kankakee, IL; daughter Patricia Hays Steinbergs of Fort Pierce, FL; grandchildren Katherine Kellogg and Margaret Morgan; great grandchildren Evelyn and Preston Kellogg, Amelia and Tobias Morgan. She was predeceased by husband of 30 years Hayward "Bill" Hays, and by husband of 11 years William Zeedyk.
