We are so sad to hear of Johnny's passing.  We have many wonderful memories of the good times at Pasqua lake fishing, singing around the campfire, watching him water ski, and listening to his stories.  He was a dear brother-in-law and uncle.  Our thoughts, prayers and hugs are sent to the whole family.

Feeling so sad that Johnny has passed. My memories are so vivid of us all at the cottages that sat side by side for so many years.  Johnny was the protector of Mom's property when none of us were there and when we were, it was comforting to know John & Thelma were so close next door. We all had a lot of laughs during those many years. He will be truly missed.  May God bless you all and may you find comfort that he is now at rest.

Hugs and love are going out to all the Fry family.  Johnny held a very special part in our families hearts. He became a special 'uncle' to our girls when he lived with us for awhile in Calgary. We are sorry to here of John's passing. We have many fond memories of our visits with John ,Thelma and family over many years.--Fishing with John at Pasqua lake, travels to Florida,visits with us in Ann Arbor.John will remain in our thoughts. We extend our sympathies to his family and many friends who will miss John as we will.

My condolences to all of Johnny's family. He was a unique fellow. My Gord said he could always tell when John was on his job site because he'd have a crowd around him entertaining them with his stories! Gord would say 'you've got 10 minutes John then they have to get to work''. Gord was very fond of him and admired his work. Many of us have the memories of the fun times at the family reunion's. Your memories will give you comfort.

I remember uncle John giving Bob and I a spanking for getting tar on us when they paved the 13 block Angus. I was all of 4 years old. I remember always welcome as a child in their home. He was a good father.

He never passed up an opportunity to visit & he knew so many people. You were always welcome to stop at the cottage. We have our precious memories & may they help you through this difficult time. Dear families, our condolences in the passing of Johnny, who was very prominent in my life as a child as he was married to Thelma and they lived next door. We got to share in the lives of their children and Johnny was very good to my Mom, Rose and include us in many memorable trips with them.
