Mark Geoffrey Logel

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the accidental passing of Mark Geoffrey Logel, at age 56, at the family farm. He was a farmer, a very loving father, brother, son and amazing friend to many. Mark is survived by his six children: Thomas (Maureen Eva), David (Amanda Czemeres), Adam (Lilly McNally) and her children Zack and Sam, Anna (Warren Brown), Danielle (Brien Hamelin) and his son Connor and Patrick (Alena Thompson), and loving partner Lorna Bachorcik. Mark is predeceased by his father George Logel (April 16, 2014) and leaves behind his mother Shirley Logel and siblings Greg (Carol) and family, Yolanda, Annette Young (Mike Osemlak) and family, Nadine (Darcy Sciog) and family, Alanna Kalyniuk and son, and Curtis (Isabel) as well as many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews and very treasured friends. Mark passed while doing what he loved; being in the open air, working the land he felt connected to, with the family that meant so much to him. He was loved by many and will be missed by all that knew him. The Funeral Mass will be held in Sacred Heart R.C. Church, Lebret, Sask. on Tuesday October 21st, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. by Reverend Louis Kim Nguyen and Glenn Zimmer OMI with interment in the parish cemetery. Prayers will be held in the church Monday evening at 7:30. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Saskatchewan Mental Health Assoc. or Sacred Heart Parish, Lebret Sk.
