

Myrna passed away on the morning of September 29, 2011 with her family by her side after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Predeceased by her mother Hilda; father Andrew; father-in-law Herman; brother Jerry and brother-in-law Fred. Myrna is survived by her husband Jim; her children, son Shawn (Anna and her children Mackenzie and Michael), son Tim (Tracey); grandson Jordan and granddaughter Jenna; sisters Betty (Bill) Lindsey and Brenda (Randy) Cherinchenko; sister-in-law Verna Miller; as well as Jim's family: Mae (Reinhardt) Mohl; Joyce Hellyer (Jack); Bruce (Louise) Hollerbaum as well as many special nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Myrna spent her retirement years at the place she loved the most, their cottage on Pasqua Lake that her and Jim made home. She will always be remembered for her witty personality and for always being the life of the party. Her talent and love of crocheting kept many family and friends warm with her beautiful scarves and slippers she made. She had a special connection with her grandchildren, their "Bema," and she will continue to live on through them. Please join her family in a celebration of Myrna's life on Monday, October 3, 2011 at 2:00 p.m., in the Edenwold Community Hall, Edenwold, SK.
