Alan O'Neal

Alan O’Neal, 63, of Muldrow, passed from this life March 30, 2018 in Fort Smith. He was born September 7, 1954, in Fort Smith, to the late Clarence and Almida Hibbs O’Neal. Alan was retired from Hiram Walker and Sebastian County, where he worked on the golf course at Ben Geren Park. His passion was his home, his wife and his dog. Alan loved working on his property and restoring old cars. He was the best mechanic around because he was a perfectionist.

Alan is survived by his wife Lucy; his dog Lefty; his brother Terry O’Neal and his wife Alma; his sister, Sharon Norwood and her husband Larry, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Clarence Darrell O’Neal and his sister, Elizabeth Burkett.

Alan requested no memorial services, but instead, memorial contributions be made to 3 Girls Animal Rescue, Inc., PO Box 1001, Shady Point, Oklahoma 74956-1001.
