B. Patrice Clegg

B. Patrice Clegg, 82 of Ft. Smith passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2013. She was born June 26, 1931 in Idaho Falls, ID to the late Charles and Beulah O’Hara. Mrs. Clegg had a BS in Nursing and was an RN at Washa Medical Center in Reno, NV, and an Auditor for Tradewinds Inn. She was a former Customer Service Agent for Wal-Mart and volunteered for Jerry’s Kids MDA. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Rick Clegg.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, December 21, 2013 at Fentress Mortuary Chapel. Private burial will be at Forest Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary.

Mrs. Clegg is survived by her daughter Felicianne Frazier of Ft. Smith, her son Dale Frazier of Ft. Smith, a step-son Daniel Clegg of Spiro, nine grandchildren: Dallena Yager of Ft. Smith, Tanna Wellentin of Brighton, TN, Erica McCain of Ft. Smith, Gary Parsons of Van Buren, Chrystal Keen of Memphis, TN, Stephanie Ball of Navarre, FL, Jeremiah Ritchie of Pearlington, MS, Heather Frazier of St. Louis, MO, and Patrick Mouser of Ft. Smith. She is also survived by 25 Great Grandchildren and five Great, great Grandchildren.

Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Friday, December 20, 2013 at the funeral home.
