Catalina Manco Nguyen, 66 of Fort Smith, passed away on Wednesday, July 7, 2021. She was born on November 25, 1954 in Cebu, Philippines to the late Juan and Diega Giangan Manco. She was retired from OK Foods and a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, William Truman Moore, Jr.
Funeral Mass and burial will be at a later date in Cebu, Philippines. Arrangements are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
She is survived by her husband, Gioi Van Nguyen of the home; a stepson, Wilson Nguyen of Fort Smith; a sister, Sliveria Simpson; a brother, Trinidad Manco; four nieces, Annie Liza Manco Amistad, Abadesa Nunez, Maria Fe Amistoso and Wendelin Manzo; five nephews, Roel Manco, Vecentine Manco, Nelson Manco, Isidro Manzo and Jose Manco, all of the Philippines. She is also survived by two step-grandchildren.
Public viewing will be from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
