

Chloe Vines, 98, passed away in Van Buren, April 2, 2010. Chloe was born August 24, 1911 in Mansfield, Ar. to Flora and Felix Belote. Chloe was a beautician, owned her own shop in Waldron, Ar and later retired from Weldon, Williams and Lick after 27 years of service in different capacities. Chloe was a long time resident of Fort Smith. Chloe was preceded in death by husbands Bob Baltzell Wells and Earl Vines; and three sisters, Billy Coxsey, Virginia McKinney and Thelma Stephens.
She is survived by four nieces, Beverly Terry and husband Bob of Texarkana, TX, Phyllis White of Odessa, TX, Diana Yandell of Sandy, UT and Vicki Jamison of Memphis, TN; four nephews, George McKinney of Bryant, AR, Bill Vines of Fort Smith, Larry Williamson and wife Norma of Vienna, VA and Tommy Williamson and wife Billy Jean of Fort Worth, TX.; and one sister-in-law, Ada Vines of Sandy, UT.
Funeral service will be Tuesday April 6, 2010 at 10:00 AM in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with a visitation time for family to greet friends preceding the funeral service beginning at 9:00 AM. Interment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery, all under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
