

Chris Cox, 54, of Fort Smith, AR passed away Sunday April 15th, 2012 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born October 30th, 1957 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He is preceded in death by his parents Al Cox and Dorothy Cox-Morland.
A lifelong entrepreneur, he was the owner/operator of Town and Country Remodeling. He was a devoted father and grandfather to his children and grandchildren. He was a motorcycle enthusiast, and a member of the Black Widows Motorcycle Club.
He is survived by his wife Annette Cox of Fort Smith, his 3 children and their spouses, Kristan and James Williams of Greenwood, Jason and Angie Hetherington of Frisco, TX, Erin and Jeff Willis of Fort Smith; five grandchildren, Haylee Williams, Maddie Williams, Ella Williams, Kate Hetherington, Anna Hetherington and granddaughter Landry Williams who is expected in August; two brothers Steve Cox of Houston, TX, and Jason and Dana Morland of Fort Smith; his step-father, Freeman Morland of Fort Smith; and 4 nieces and 2 nephews.
The family will visit with friends and loved ones Tuesday, April 17, 2012, from 5-7pm at Edwards Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be 10:00 am Wednesday, at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith, with burial in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Dr. Wes Moore, Gary Pettway, Hoot Jones, Billy Bob Williams, Danny Howard, Steve Marts, and Rick Hayes.
Honorary Pallbearers will be the members of Black Widows Motorcycle Club.
