He was a U. S. Army Veteran serving in Germany. Daniel was an avid Razorback fan and sports enthusiast. He was super talented in all his endeavors, but enjoyed kayaking, fishing, target shooting, and most of all, skydiving. Daniel will be desperately missed.
Dan was preceded in death by his loving father, Lonnie Scott.
He is survived by his mother, Carolyn Scott; his brother, Gary “Scottie” Thomas; numerous aunts, uncles, many loyal friends, and military comrades.
Graveside service will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at U. S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith. Family held Memorial Service will be 12 Noon Tuesday at Harvest Time Tabernacle. Services and cremation are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
