Dennis was retired.
He is survived by one son, David Allen Reynolds Slavens; and one sister, Donita Hattabaugh and husband Danny.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
Memorial Service will be 5:00 PM Monday, May 15, 2023, in Edwards Funeral Home Chapel.
