Dolores T. Caraccia

Dolores T. Caraccia, 84, passed away December 25, 2015 in Fort Smith. She was born May 7, 1931 in Rochester, NY to Peter Tomai and Filomena (Marcellette) Tomai. Dolores was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church where she sang in the choir and was a member of the Women’s Auxiliary. She enjoyed swimming and playing cards with her friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis; her three sons, Peter, James, and John; and her grandson, Seth.

Dolores is survived by her daughter, Sharon Treece and her husband Kevin of Fort Smith; one sister, Barbara Slaght of New York; two grandchildren, Keeley and Kyle Treece of Fort Smith; her niece, Tina Slaght of New York and many other nieces and nephews.

Funeral Mass will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, December 29, 2015, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home, with burial in Holy Cross Cemetery.
