He has two brothers, Lionel Windham, and Hugh Windham. Leon married his beloved wife Muriel on November 08, 1969, and together they raised 2 children. They lived in King City, CA until 1994, when they moved to Arkansas. They resided in Greenwood until his passing.
He is survived by his wife, 2 children, 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and his brothers, Lionel and Hugh.
A celebration for life will be held on November 11, 2021, at Bell Park, 427 Bell Park Road, Greenwood, AR at 11:00 am. Food and refreshments will be served and fellowship encouraged.
