Eva Lee Cameron

Eva Lee Cameron, 88, of Fort Smith, died November 1, 2014 in Fort Smith. She was born May 11, 1926 in Fort Smith to Sam and Minnie Cook Taylor. She was a retired employee of Mercy Hospital, a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church, the American Legion, and Eastern Star.

She is survived by one daughter, Jo and husband Jerry Cottingham of Fort Smith; one son, Tom and wife Martha Cameron of Williamsburg, VA; one sister, Helen Garner of Fort Smith; two brothers, Charles Taylor of Fort Smith and Sam Taylor of Fayetteville, NC; six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Owen Jimmy “Tom” Cameron and one son, Dan Taylor Cameron.

Graveside service will be Thursday, November 13, 2014 at 10:00 AM in the U.S. National Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home

The family will greet friends at Edwards Funeral Home on Wednesday evening from 5-7 PM
