Frances Helen Hanna Macy

Frances Helen Hanna Macy, 91 of Van Buren passed away Sunday, October 21, 2012. She was born February 23, 1921 in Mansfield, AR to the late Samuel Andrew Hanna and Ella Pearl Presson Hanna. She was a Baptist and a retired Beautician at Chapel Ridge Health and Rehabilitation, formerly Medi-Homes Nursing Home in Fort Smith. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Walter Macy and her siblings.

Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at the Fort Smith National Cemetery Pavilion. The family will receive guests after the service at Mark Macy’s Home. Arrangements are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary of Fort Smith.

Mrs. Macy is survived by two sons: Mark Macy and his wife Rebecca of Van Buren and Walter Macy, III and his wife JoAnn of Fort Smith; four grandsons; Walter, Ben, Michael, and Steven and three great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Tuesday, October 23rd at the funeral home.
