Helen Jean Dotson, 80, of Fort Smith, AR, passed away Friday, December 4, 2015, in Fort Smith. She was born July 4, 1935 in Oktaha, OK. She retired from Sparks Regional Medical Center as a nurse’s aide.
She is survived by a daughter, Debbie Furman of Charleston, AR; two sons, Tony Williams of Van Buren, and Charles Williams of Taft, CA; two sisters, Joan Alden of Wister AR and Pat Cole of CA; a brother, James Tedwell, Jr. of Poteau, OK; seven grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 10:00 am Friday, December 11, 2015 at Edwards Chapel in Fort Smith, AR with burial to follow at Oakland Cemetery in Poteau, OK under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith, AR.
Family will visit with friends from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Thursday, December 10, 2015 at Edwards Funeral Home.
