

Herman Earl Luper, 83, of Fort Smith, Arkansas died Wednesday, May 27, 2026. He was born October 1, 1942 in Fayetteville to the late Thord and Melba (Cassat) Luper. He was a Certified Public Accountant and owned his own business, Luper and Associates, formerly of Mulberry.
He is survived by Norma Ketcham, the mother of his three children, three daughters, Tammy Luper of Fort Smith, Ginger Spiller and husband Larry of Fayetteville, Raney Rose and husband Duane of Mulberry, two sons, Curtis Luper of Bentonville, Clancy Henry and wife Amy of Ozark, two brothers, Dale Luper and wife Betty of Fort Smith, Jerry Luper and wife June of Greenwood, a sister Donna Ross of Greenwood. 14 Grandchildren and 19 Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dianna, a daughter, Dana Sanders, and two sisters, Patsy Graham and Thordean Campbell.
The memorial service will be Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Oak Cliff Baptist Church of 3701 South Gary Street in Fort Smith. The family will greet friends from 12:30 to 1:30 prior to the service.
