He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Rodney & Tanya Roberson of Ft. Smith, three grandchildren, and six Great Grandchildren.
Jack was a Christian and was a member of Haven Heights Baptist Church where he served as a deacon in the 1960’s. Jack was an honest, kind, and gentle man whom everyone loved. He grew up in Van Buren and worked all over the country including Harding Glass for 28 years and Maintenance at Ramanda Inn. He was a Veteran of the Korean War. Jack will be missed greatly.
A private graveside service will be held at the Fort Smith National Cemetery. The Family will receive family and friends at Fentress Mortuary 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Wednesday, October 22, 2014.
