Janice Marie Notz was born on April 24th, 1941, in Judsonia, Arkansas. She passed away on February 17th, 2026. Janice was especially close to her sister, Donna, who describes her as being witty, generous, full of the love of God, with a zest for life.
Janice spent 30 years in the political arena, while living in Chicago. She loved her job as being a close aide to the Governor of Illinois. Janice leaves behind her sister, Donna, two other siblings in California, and sister-in-law, Carolyn Pitcock of Tulsa, Oklahoma. She leaves behind her niece, Robin Clegg, her nephews, Bennie Westphal, John Sagely, and Kenny Sagely of Fort Smith.
