John Thomas Duncan

John Thomas Duncan, 40, of Fort Smith passed from this life February 25, 2021 in Fort Smith. He was born April 16, 1980, in Stillwater, Oklahoma, to Buddy Duncan and Pauline Wright. John worked as a Personal Care Assistant for BOST, Inc.

John is survived by his wife Kristen; a stepson Aaron Coots, and his father-in-law and mother-in-law David and Carolyn Coots.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
