She was born August 31st 1944 to James Osburn and Lucy Reed. She will always be known for her spunky personality and missed by many.
She is survived by son Keith Raybourn; Grandchildren Cody & Thina Raybourn, Carlee & Joshua Blount, Bryson Raybourn, Megan Raybourn, Kevin & Kate Raybourn, Jessica & Chuck Owen’s, Issac Hurlocker, and many great-grandkids.
