Larry D. Wells

Larry D. Wells, 69, of Fort Smith, died October 23, 2017 in Fort Smith. He was born January 1, 1948 in Fort Smith, AR to Vernon “Bud” and Lavinia Harrison Wells. He was a retired employee of DJ Associates and Air National Guard of Fort Smith, and was a member of Midland Heights United Methodist Church.

He is survived by four daughters, Jennifer Lowman of Fort Smith, Stephanie Wells of Fort Smith, Chelsi Wells of Fort Smith, and Amy Wells of Fort Smith; one son, Shaun Wells of Fort Smith; sister in law, Nancy Wells of Fort Smith; nephew, Jason Wells of Fort Smith; two grandchildren, Rachel Lawrence and Andrew Lowman; and one great grandson, Aaron Lawrence. He was preceded in death by his wife, Connie Lee Wells.

Funeral service will be Monday, October 30, 2017 at 10:00 AM in the Midland Heights United Methodist Church with burial to follow in Forest Park Cemetery all under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Jeff Larey, Derek Thomas, Tom Ware, Johnny Williams, David Blevins, and Nathan Parish.

The family will greet friends at Edwards Funeral Home on Sunday from 1-3 PM
