He graduated from Southside High School in 1991, and attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. He worked at Methodist Children’s Home in Little Rock for many years, and at Bost in Fort Smith.
He is survived by his mother, Patricia Spain; his brother, Christopher Spain and wife Diane; his uncles, Mack Bryan and Robert Bryan; and his cousins, Jennifer Yarbrough, Forrest Corcoran, Jerad Corcoran, Dan Bryan, and their families.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
