

Otha Law, 94 of Fort Smith passed away Thursday, September 22, 2011. He was born November 30, 1916 in Ratcliff, AR to the late John and Ethel Law. He was a member of Grand Avenue Baptist Church where he was the men’s Sunday School Teacher for 63 years. He was a 32nd degree Mason, a member of the Western AR Scottish Rite Bodies #79 Masonic Lodge in Ozark, and the Gideons. He was retired from Arkansas Valley Electric Co-op Corporation.
Otha Law was a man of faith and strong principle. He loved his wife of 73 years and 7 months, his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He role modeled his faith in all walks of his life and lived for his family. He loved the Razorbacks, Dallas Cowboys and St. Louis Cardinals. He was an avid follower of all his grandchildren’s sporting events. He lived his life showing devotion to all his family and friends.
Services will be 11:00 AM Monday September 26th at Fentress Mortuary Chapel. Graveside committal service will be at 1:00 PM Monday, September 26th at Highland Cemetery in Ozark. Arrangements are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary of Fort Smith.
He is survived by his wife Vera of Fort Smith; three daughters: Linda Walton of Fort Smith, Frances Morreale and her husband Ross of Fort Smith, and Janice Wisdom and her husband Randy Merritt of Fort Smith; his son Billy Don Law of Van Buren; his sister Mavis Fitzgerald of Fort Smith, five grandchildren John Wisdom of Fayetteville, Josh Wisdom of Rogers, Rachelle Harrris of Fort Worth, Rossi Morreale of Hermosa Beach, CA and Natalie Weathers of Lexington, KY; and ten great grandchildren. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and special friends Ronnie and Tawana Coleman.
Pallbearers will be John Wisdom, Josh Wisdom, Rossi Morreale, Heath Harris, Ronnie Coleman, and Dr. Larry Price.

Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Sunday, September 25th at the funeral home.
