Pat Losey

Pat Losey of Fort Smith, AR passed away on February2, 2025. She was 85 years young. She was truly a “Fireball”, her entire life, until the end. Everyone who knew and loved her would agree that she was definitely “one of a Kind.” She had her own Commercial, Industrial, Appraisal Business in Dallas, TX for 50 years. She was a member of the Appraiser Institute (MAI), being the first female in Texas, and the 21st woman in the world, to obtain this prestigious designation. She was an honored member of Delta, Delta, Delta Sorority.

She is survived by Jeanne Jamell of Fort Smith, her business partner and best friend for over 60 years; her sisters, Jeanne Laurie and Peggy Rogers of Dallas, TX; her son, Christopher Losey of Plano, TX, and grandson, Brandon Losey of Castle Rock, CO. Pat will be an enormous loss for all who knew and loved her.
