Patricia Patton-Williams

Patricia Patton-Williams, 88, of Fort Smith, passed from this life June 1, 2014 in Fort Smith. She was born May 24, 1926, in LeFlore, Oklahoma, to the late Jesse and Lillie Harris Williams. She was a Registered Nurse for St. Edwards Mercy Hospital and a member of Goddard United Methodist Church. Patricia is the widow of John E. Patton and Daryl Williams. She is survived by her daughter, Alice Carpenter and her husband Larry of Fort Smith; her son, John Patton of Fort Smith; eight grandchildren, Stephanie Hammons, Jennifer Feeny, Jeffrey Carpenter, Jessica Martinez, LaRissa Flanagan, Terra Butcher, Autumn Patton and Sam Patton, as well as 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brothers, J. E. Williams and James Williams and a sister, Jeanie Dowdy. Funeral services will be 10:00am Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at Woodlawn Memorial Park Chapel. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00pm Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at Edwards Funeral Home. Services are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
