

Pauline Boerner, 92 of Fort Smith, passed away Saturday, October 13, 2012. She was born on September 3, 1920 in Morrison Bluff to the late Louis Siebenmorgen and Mary Ann Ihle Siebenmorgen. She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church for 62 years, a member of the Presentation Circle and former choir member. She was a graduate of Fort Smith Business College, and a former bookkeeper for Fort Smith Chair Company. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son Gene Boerner, Jr., Sister Margaret Newman, and three brothers: Gilbert, David, and Martin Siebenmorgen.
Rosary will be said at 7:00 Pm Wednesday, October 17th at Fentress Mortuary Chapel. Funeral Mass will be 11:00 AM Thursday, October 18th at Christ the King Catholic Church in the Little Stone Chapel with burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary in Fort Smith.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Gene Boerner Sr., of the home; a daughter, Paula Thiessen and her husband Mark of Fayetteville; a son, John Boerner and his wife Talya of Dallas, TX; a sister, Jane Sparkman of Fort Smith; two brothers, Andy Siebenmorgen of Scranton and Tom Siebenmorgen of Prairie View; two grandchildren Pauline Thiessen of Fayetteville, and Leeta Thiessen of Norman, OK and two step grandchildren; Kelsey Erickson of Washington, DC and Tate Erickson of Fayetteville.
Pallbearers will be Tom Newman, Clyde Johnston, Jr., Ronald Siebenmorgen, Donald Siebenmorgen, Gary Boerner, and Sam Nelson.
