He is survived by his daughter Kimberly Shaver and son-in-law Don; grandchildren Stephanie Kightlinger and husband Michael, and Alyson Freeman and husband David. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Fred and Margaret, and a sister, Sandra Lupinacci.
A memorial service took place Thursday February 9, 2017 at Edwards Funeral Home. Burial will be at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith Wednesday February 15, at 11 am.
