Sally Ann Gross

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Hugh Glosson; brother-in-law, Oscar Floyd; sister-in-law, Gloria Glosson; and father-in-law, Fay Gross.

She was a retired cook with the Fort Smith Public Schools. She enjoyed quilting, painting, crafts and spending time with the grandkids.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Jim; four daughters, Kristin and Tim Francis of Bentonville, Arkansas, Sherri and Charles Frachiseur of Grannis, Arkansas, Brenda and Brian Vass of Mary Esther, Florida and Sally and Sam Smith of Bentonville, Arkansas; two sisters, Dorothy Floyd of San Antonio, Texas and Mary and Warren Phipps of Chama, New Mexico; two brothers, George Glosson of Rock Island, Oklahoma and Lonnie Jr. and Nelda Glosson of Waco, Texas; her mother-in-law, Lillie Gross of Fort Smith; two sisters-in-laws, Marilyn Gross of Fort Smith and Arcola Glosson of Wichita, KS; a brother-in-law, Sam and Kathy Gross of Midland, Arkansas, as well as 17 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

The funeral services will be 12:00pm (Noon) Friday, March 17, 2017 in Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith. The family will greet friends from 5:00 to 7:00pm Thursday, March 16, 2017 at Edwards Funeral Home.
