Sue Van Dusen

Jessie Sue Van Dusen, 77, of Fort Smith, AR, passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2014. She was born December 31, 1936 in Ada, OK to the late Horace and Pearl Scott. She was a retired assembly line worker for Whirlpool and a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church. She was preceded in death by her sister Norma Alexander and a brother Lewis Scott. Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Monday, January 20, 2014, at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor John Treude and Rev. Bobby Scott officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home. She is survived by three daughters Sharmon Hayes and husband Mike of Muskogee, OK, Janet Fitch and husband Wayne of Fort Smith, AR and Jennifer Lamproe of Fort Smith, AR, one son Tony Price of Fort Smith, AR, one brother L. D. Scott of Lebanon, OK, seven grandchildren Keith and Kevin Fitch, Tyler Price, Brett and Scott Hayes, Chase Lamproe and Natasha Price, six great grandchildren, a number of nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Pallbearers will be Keith and Kevin Fitch, Tyler Price, Brett and Scott Hayes and Ronny Alexander. The family will visit with friends Sunday, January 19, 2014, from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM at Edwards Funeral Home.
