Born on May 23, 1949, in Spokane, WA, he was the son of Thelma and Arthur Blake.
Thomas is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Thelma Blake, and his brother, Arthur Blake.
He is survived by his sisters, Deborah (Joe Don) Montgomery and Mary Ann (Mike) Wilhelm; his brother, David Blake; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Dunn, Alicia McLaughlin, Blake Montgomery, Becky Sadler, Amber Garner, David Blake, John Blake, and Michael Wilhelm.
Rosary will be said Monday September 16, at 9:30am with a memorial mass immediately after beginning at 10:00am at Christ the King Catholic Church. Services officiated by Father Bill Elser. Arrangements are in the care of Edwards Funeral Home.
