Tracey Steven Wise was born May 4, 1976. “Tray” passed away peacefully at his home in Fort Smith, AR, where he was born and raised. During the course of his life he also lived, worked, and went to school in Dallas, TX. By trade, Tray was trained as a machinist but his true love was composing and playing music. In addition to music, Tray loved to study a wide variety of social, political, and neurological sciences and he also had an exceptional gift of gardening. He loved to grow his own vegetables and cook. He loved to spend time in nature and enjoyed hunting and fishing from an early age. Tray's greatest gift to the world was his personality and his unique perspective on life. He had a strong belief in family and was always willing to do whatever he could for those he loved. His unconditional love and support will be missed by all who knew him. Tray was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church.
A private church service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 29th at Christ the King Catholic Church followed by a blessing of his final resting place at Oak Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
He is survived by his father, Ted Wise of Fort Smith AR; two sisters, Tina Ward of Yukon, OK and Teri Whitney of Houston, TX; two brothers, Ted Wise and Timothy Wise of Fort Smith, AR; uncles and aunt, nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
