Waneda Daniels

Waneda L. Daniels, 89, of Fort Smith, passed away Saturday, May 28, 2011, at a local hospital. She was born August 21, 1921 in Jenny Lind, AR to Frank and Kathryn Moschner. She was a member of Sts. Sabina and Mary Catholic Church in Jenny Lind, AR. She was preceded in death by her husband Charlie “Chap” G. Daniels.

Rosary service will be 6:30 PM Tuesday, May 31, 2011, at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral mass will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, June 1, 2011, at Sts. Sabina and Mary Catholic Church in Jenny Lind, AR with burial at Holy Cross Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.

She is survived by two daughters Kathryn Spicer and husband Harold of Fort Smith and Doris Tibbs and husband Milburn of Fort Smith, one son Wayne Daniels and wife Linda of Fort Smith, one sister Alice Mae Farris of Jenny Lind, one brother John Tom Moschner of Jenny Lind, seven grandchildren Rodney Daniels and wife Kelley, Scott Daniels and wife Laura, Debra Scott and husband Tommy, Marla Hicks and husband Shawn, Sandra Taylor and husband Randy, Cheryl Krone and fiancé Mark Gray and Deanna Thompson and husband Chris and fourteen great grandchildren Allie Daniels, Tanner Daniels, Reece Daniels, Camden Daniels, Amber Scott Freeman and husband Austin, Ethan Scott and wife Brittni, Tosha Hicks, Megan Hicks, Kealy Hicks, Rachell Taylor, Hayley Krone, Camron Krone, Christina Thompson and Matthew Thompson.

Pallbearers will be Shawn Hicks, Chris Thompson, Randy Taylor, Mark Gray, Ethan Scott, Scott Daniels, Rodney Daniels and Austin Freeman.

The family will visit with friends after the Rosary Service Tuesday evening from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Edwards Funeral Home.
