She will be remembered for her warmth, strength and devotion to her family.
She attended Faith Baptist Church for several years.
Adell was a team leader and worked for Target for 40 years.
She is survived by her children, Donna Diaz, Howard (Cindy) Lowrey, Sharron L. (Michael) Ferguson, all of Fort Wayne, IN. Adell is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter and many friends.
Adell was preceded in death by her husband Archie Lynn Levy, December 16, 2005, and her dog Caper.
A Memorial service will be held 3:00 pm. Saturday, June 20, 2026, at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home 1140 Lake Ave. Fort Wayne, IN with visitation two hours prior. Private burial at Leo Memorial Cemetery, Leo, IN.
