Alice A. Heckman Klingel

Alice Anna Klingel , 102, passed away peacefully Saturday, October 22, 2016 at home surrounded by family. Born in Adams County, IN, Alice worked at General Electric for over 40 years. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church. Surviving are her daughters, Sharon (Leslie) Marks of Fort Wayne, daughter, Joyce Emenhiser of Fort Wayne, granddaughter, Tamara (Mike Langston) Grover of Fort Wayne, grandson, Sean (Vanessa Doyle) Marks of Philadelphia, PA, grandson, Marc (Georgi) Emenhiser of Fishers, IN, grandson, Matthew (Marli) Emenhiser of Indianapolis, IN, 7 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter, and sister-in-law, Shirley Fredrick of Fort Wayne. Alice was preceded in death by her husband Robert Klingel who passed in 1985, parents, Lawrence and Anna Heckman, sister, Dorothy Bixler, brother, Edward Heckman. Service is 11:00 am, October 29, 2016 at Zion Lutheran Church, 2313 S Hanna St with Pastor Douglas Punke officiating and an hour of calling prior. Calling also at D.O. McComb and Sons Foster Park 6301 Fairfield Ave Friday, October 28, 2016, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church or Visiting Nurse Hospice.
