

Amy Lynn Ballinger, 54, of Kendallville passed away peacefully Tuesday, July 9, 2024 surrounded by family at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. She was March 17, 1970 in Tipton to Carey F. Ballinger and Bonnie Sue Bennett. A loving daughter, sister, mom grandma and aunt will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her. She loved dogs, baking, camping, fishing and just being outdoors. She enjoyed Cheddar Cheese Popcorn and Death Coffee. She went back to school and graduated with a degree in Human Services from Ivy Tech. She had a strong desire to help young unwed mothers. She had a huge heart and would give the shirt off her own back to anyone who needed it. She was still a hero after her passing, helping others as an organ donor. He selfless gift has helped save many people's lives. She is survived by her children, Brittani Nicole Cox-Manges (John), Michael Lee (Brianna) Ballinger; four grandchildren, Clayton, Cooper, Myles and Brantley; two sisters, Carrie Leann (Bobby) Smith and Carisa R. (Bryan) Sevrence; six nieces and nephews, Logan Hart, Justyn Hart, Meagan Jo Hart, Cayden McCoy, Chayce McCoy and Madelyn Sue Sevrence; and a great nephew, Logan Jax “LJ” Hart. She was preceded in death by her mother, Bonnie Sue Bennett. Cremation will take place.
